A native desktop app that wraps the Notaday web app in its own window, with a Dock icon and its own app switcher entry. It's a universal build (Apple Silicon and Intel). It also automatically detects when a call starts — a Slack Huddle, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or a meeting in your browser such as Google Meet — and offers to start recording, no need to open Notaday first.

Installing

1. Open the downloaded Notaday.dmg and drag Notaday into your Applications folder.
2. Double-click Notaday to launch it.

The native Notaday app for iPhone and iPad gives you your timeline, backlog, journals and meetings on the go. Sign in with the same account you use on the web or on your Mac.

Use the iPhone app to:

• Keep your tasks, routines and journal with you wherever you are.
• Turn call recordings into meetings with a summary: record a call with the iPhone's own call recording, share the recording from the Notes app to Notaday, and open Notaday.
• Do the same with voice memos and audio files: share them from the Voice Memos or Files app to Notaday.

Shared recordings are transcribed on your iPhone (iOS 26 or later) and then become a meeting through the regular confirm sheet.

Installing

1. Open the App Store page on your iPhone or iPad and tap Get.
2. Open Notaday and sign in with Apple or Google.

Where To Find This In The App

Open Notaday and use the sidebar action labeled Get more out of Notaday. It opens shortcuts for the Discord community, the Raycast extension, the Claude MCP server, the macOS app download, and the iPhone app on the App Store.
