Channels And Tags
Channels and tags organize entries without changing the entry type.
Channels
Channels are project-like containers. An entry can belong to one channel through channelId.
Channel records include a user owner, name, color, archive state, and timestamps. Channel names must be unique per user among active records.
Tags
Tags are lightweight labels. An entry can have multiple tags through tagIds.
Tags support creation, search by name, updates, archiving, and deletion. Tag names must be unique per user among active records.
Archive Behavior
Channels and tags can be archived instead of deleted. List endpoints exclude archived records unless includeArchived is requested.
Entry Connections
Entries can also be connected to other entries. Connections are useful for linking a task to related notes, routines, or journal reflections.
